What Influences me as a musician are the sound that are produced by other musicians. I have never been one to enjoy lyrics. When ever I compose i am determined to create a sound that provides me new chills.
Yellow Magic Orchestra These guys are a major influence to me. Their sound is just one that can't be replaced. It is true that they are a little dated but Classics are Eternal, timeless to the listeners willing to listen. If I had to take only one of their albums it would be BMG, It is absolutely stunning how these men took something that was dismissed as a novelty and churned out something like this. when I first heard them I was inspired to explore sounds, Every time I play around with things that are supposed to function like a mogue or any-other type of synth i felt as if the possibilities were endless and I still feel they are today. The time I spent on my father's keyboard when i was younger, devoting my short attention span just making sound after sound just fills me with nostalgia. I was unable to duplicate what I heard but I figured out what all the knobs did alone and happily could not comprehend the infinite things they could do together. I think that freedom to learn as I go and explore as a please when i was younger help to spark my interest in electronic music and influenced my tendencies when learning and composing.
More influences purely on my compositions
Proleter Proleter is someone i have listend to for a while he makes beats that I just can't help but to enjoy. his, remastering of the classic "That's life" by Frank Sinatra, is a real special song to me. The original version song itself was something I loved before hand, Proleter just made it that much more enjoyable. his use of cords on the piano is also something that influenced my works since I love when that Lively hip pop jazzy feel and how it escalates to all out electronics If i had to narrow it down from all his albums, I would choose a disk with all of his tributes, his ability to mix old and new is just Fantastic and to be honest I could never grow tired of hearing them.
Instrumental Core Instrumental core is another favorite of mine, I enjoy Epic Music and making music in this style is a goal I have had since first hearing his music. Being able to create music that is able to convey such emotion was something i came into music tech hoping I would learn how to do and something that i am willing to work vary hard towards today .
Beat maker, music enthusiast, multi instrumentalist, sample hunter, town drunk. His beat and compositions just pump me up to another level of ecstasy. I want to compose music at his level one day.
